How long do products take to ship?

Products ship each week and you can typically expect your goodies to ship within the week they are ordered as long as it's before Thursday. Holidays, weekends, and postal closures excluded.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted on any opened, used, or tampered with products. We highly encourage customers to read all product descriptions before
purchase and reach out with any questions regarding products for clarification of use. All items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless items are missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Lost order protocol?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
Please track your parcel through the tracking ID number provided after order ships and try to be available when your order is scheduled to arrive. By placing orders with Shop EBK, you are in compliance and understanding of this term.

Is pickup/delivery available?

Pickup is available during our regular work hours and based in Columbia, Maryland 21046. Delivery is available upon request and must be discussed prior to order placement with us directly at 443-652-4964
